help error 10422

HI,

I have a Prestashop 1.6.1.23 store, module PayPal 3.13.0 and a customer cannot pay with pay pal because it gives following error

TIMESTAMP -> 2019-10-01T08: 57: 09ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10422L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Customer must choose new funding sources.L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The customer must return to PayPal to select new funding sources.L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

what is the problem about??
