I used Mobirise to set up my webpage. I have the PayPal shopping cart on the site, but when I click on it to go to PayPal, I get the error message,
Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. I have tried making sure my credit cards and bank account are verified, but I'm not sure what else to do to connect to PayPal.
