error message 10548 paypal pro account

I have problem with my PayPal pro account 

The checkout does accept payment with PayPal account but it doesn't accept visa and master card.

The message
((10548: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions))
 
 

Please help

Hi @bananaboatboynt,

 

Thank you for contacting PayPal community.

 

We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

This error can be triggered as well when you try to run PRO API calls while your account is not PRO.

 

I request to please refer the guide link to resolve error code 10548.


Please contact Payflow Customer Support, who can able to cross check your account settings in order to process Direct Payment API calls.
