When a person starts a PayPal account if some of the letters are uppercase and some are lowercase does it make a difference when another person tries to send a payment using that email address if it isn't typed exactly the same way? One person set up an account with capital letters for the nouns and another person set up an account with one upper case letter and the rest lower case letters. The one person did not know that the other person created the account. I'm just wondering.
