editing buy now buttons

What are all the possible causes for the "action" links on the "my saved buttons" page to be dead?  The problem is intermittent, and I have tried two browsers, clearing history, restarts, adjusting security settings, turning off add blocker,  contacting paypal tech support (useless). Sometimes I can control my buttons and sometimes I cannot, no pattern presents itself.

We are currently expierecing some issue with our Button tool, but we are working to get this sorted.

Please note that the issue seems to be intermittent (in some cases), so may I ask you to keep trying, while we release a solution?
