continue shopping button not working with IOS

When viewing the shopping cart. If the user selects Continue Shopping the page directs back to my website homepage not back my PayPal button ??

This problem is with IOS only ??   works fine on PC and MAC.

I have tried changing the Target to all available options but makes no difference.

Please help
