connect button to checkout total

I have 5 buttons to create. How do I connect each button with what the customer will need to pay on checkout.

- Go to PayPal Payment Buttons.
- Select a button type to create. (Use Buy Now button for single item or Add to cart for multiple items.)
- Input item, price, etc and set parameters of button to preference.
- Click Create Button.
- Click Select Code.
- Copy and paste the button code into your web page code.
- If opted to save button(s), the new button will appear on the "My Saved Buttons" page.
To set up shipping calculator and sales tax chart, go to your Account Settings.

Please follow the below steps via your PayPal account.
Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select "Smart Buttons" button type >> fill all the required details.
(Or)
Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps
