cant transfer my fund for proof of identity and address though i given them!

Dear Sir,

 

its been many days that im waiting to transfer my money to my card. I seen a notification that is "You've reached a usage milestone, wherein you've used your PayPal balance to send payments exceeding $5000 SGD in a year. In compliance with regulatory requirements in your country, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity in the dashboard"

I given all required info in dashboard and they always show me this massage "Thank you for providing the required information. We’ll get back to you within 2-3 business days."

 

But there passed many days, not any feedback coming to me. How can I solve this issue?

I think customer services are a tad busy at the moment so you may just have to be patient, could be up to a few weeks.

Hello Dear,

thanks for your comment. this issue happening with me last more then 3 months! hence, covid issue we can ignore because that issue is making delay the world last 30-40 days mostly.

 

is there any way that we can contact customer support directly? for a response on this issue?
