I cant see my paypal balane anywhere I checked in account, summary and wallet tab but cant see the balance anywhere. when I login to paypal I see the message that 'money is waiting for me' but cant see who send that fund. could anybody tell me how to check my balance. and if I close this account and open again will I loose my funds?
