HI there, I placed an order via a website on the 29th September and after payment realised that it wasnt an Italian website as I thought but infact a chinese website. I did abit more research and discovered the goods were coming from Hong Kong and of very low quality too. The seller agreed to the cancellation and to a full refund. When should I recieve my refund and am I entitled to one? I only ever used Paypal as a source of security and hope that they would help out in times such as these....but they dont seem to care. Yes I ordered the goods but cancelled immediatley and most genuine websites offer a hassle free reimbursement....so why arent they? because its a SCAM?
Anyone got any help or advice to give me?
Thanks
