activate Reference Transactions

Shopify has asked me to ask you guys (paypal) to activate Reference Transactions for my subscriptions.

Reference transactions (DEPRECATED) : To set up billing agreements and use reference transactions for recurring payments of varying amounts of money on a varying schedule.

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.
