Thanks in advance. I’d appreciate the community if you could respond with any info to resolve this matter. I have a webinar coming up on Monday in two days ! I have a client whose uses PayPal for their non profit organization. Their email ends with .org. I could login to their PayPal account with no issues. When I try to integrate their paypal account with Zoom meeting by logging into Zoom account and access the billing section and enter the same PayPal email that ends with .org, zoom says email doesn’t exist. I have checked the email multiple times, it’s active and works fine in PayPal. I tried entering my PayPal account email in the same zoom account and it works fine. I tried reaching out to both PayPal and zoom, no luck. Why zoom is not taking the email that ends with .org? Any help would be great!
