I have been using paypal for very long time. Since yesterday when i tried to purchase an item from ebay at the very last step of the process an error message comes.
"Your payment didn't go through. Please check your payment details or select a different payment option. "
I contacted my bank and Card center. They said the payment gets declined from paypal side. since then I am trying to find a way to solve this issue. Paypal help center is not for helping.
I hope a community member can guide me.
