Hello,

 

We integrated PayPal into our SAAS solution, using the simplest integration: "the Standard Checkout."

When clients attempt to subscribe to our solution with a credit card, they sometimes receive the following message: ( I think mostly with AMEX)

:"Your card has been declined. Please try ..."

 

We have done the following so far:

 

  1. I called Paypal business, They say our account has no restrictions. He said you can accept AMEX in USD only. All good, the company is from the US and the billing in USD.
  2. The client called AMEX, and they said:" they don't see the transaction and you don't have any restrictions".
  3. The client called Paypal customer support, and they said the same thing: "we don't see the transaction" contact the seller as he may didn't integrate Paypal well.

Once the customer clicks the pay button, all the payments are processed on the Paypal website, as the IFRAME opens, so I'm not sure where the problem lies. Please assist.
