WordPress integration not working

Hi I have integrated a button in my wordpress website I tried to test it with my personal account and also with a sandbox. Both emails are not recognized. If you have some information please

Sandbox is test environment and working fine with test card details. 

Create a personal sandbox account to represent the buyer in a transaction. The PayPal sandbox automatically creates your first personal sandbox account when you sign up for a developer account on the developer site.
