Woocommerce: PayPal payments: refunds money on it own.

I feel like I am having issues with setting up the API, however, the customer will place the order, take the money out, and then seconds later refunds the money to the customer. Not sure how this happens.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.
Could you please cross check your internal website(built via WooCommerce) code and make sure your system is not auto refunding the payments.
If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information and error details.
