My very close friends and I, have been entering my new card number into PayPal; trying to link to my bank. To no avail, I have been trying to reach customer service for years hoping for someone to help me because the error is on their side, on PayPal side. All I would like to do is to gain access to my own funds that has been in the hands of PayPal for years (and PayPal will not allow me). At the same time I would like to start making transactions through PayPal instead of constantly putting my banking information out there for everyone to see. Why don't they have a phone number? Why is Paypal's Customer Service so poorly? Please help!
