Can anyone advise why PayPal has stopped including the information created by the memo field when they email details of a new automatic payment? We use this field to identify which fund the donations are to go to for the non-profit this account is set up for. On the email, it is usually in the Subscription Details section between Amount received and Amount paid each time - reads as FOR: and is now just blank, even though the information is automatically included when the donor sets up the monthly payment from the website. We've tested the link and it shows up fine when you create the subscription, it's just not being passed on by PayPal with their email advice. This will become an accounting nightmare if we can't get a fix 😩
