Why does PayPal keep on buffering?

Hullo. I'm having trouble linking my PayPal account to woo commerce. I'm in Botswana, Africa. Everything seems to link, but when someone tries to purchase something, the PayPal box keeps on buffering forever. How do I solve this issue? Thanks in advance

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.

I would suggest to please process a test payment via card which is not linked to your PayPal account. Since, merchant can't process self payments.

the page for entering card details does not show up completely. It just keeps on loading and loading .....
