Where is the documentation?

I am trying to figure out a problem I am having with PayPal Standard integration. However, I can't seems to find the documentation that provides me with all the available parameters.

I am simply trying to send a request to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr

Here is the URL I generated

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/xorouter/paymentstandard?business=my_paypal_email&cmd=_xclick-subscri...

but I keep getting the following error

It seems that the code is not completed, where did you get this from?
