My account is negative and it won't let me top up by card and doesn't give the option for linked bank top up, they told me to top up my account in my bank via and use a the machine for international transfer which has a list of countries and I need to select one... What do I put in? It's just me paying PayPal's IBAN etc to bring my account out of negative, I have emailed paypal and no word back and people in the bank don't deal with paypal. Please any help would be great I need to pay my account asap.
