my online customers keep getting their orders declined when using CCards. They have to reorder their items 2-4x before the order goes through. A PayPal error message, saying "This function is not working right now, try again later" is popping up. Already went through merchant services with a case ticket and they said, "everything looks fine, your site works". Oh really, well every CC customer is getting declined repeatedly. I'm losing 30-50% of my business right now.
