Whilst trying to pay, some of my customers are getting a popup message with this URL or similar.

It tells them something like this

We're sending you back to

NAME OF MY COMPANY

to complete this purchase

Then nothing happens.

I have noticed sales have dropped last 2 days as well. so more than just a coincidence.
