WHY/WHERE DID I PAY 54.71 PESOS TWO TIMES???

when i bought a level up load card to the seagamer the paypal charged me 54.71 pesos two times? i only need to pay 318 pesos but there's another message from paypal that it charged me 54.71 pesos two times?? whyy??
