I had some unauthorised payments made using my paypal credit. I reported it to paypal and they have said they are refunding the money back to my balance. I have not seen anything in my balance. However, under 'Your activity' it says transfer from bank account completed and shows the amount refunded however I haven't withdrawn this amounth.
What should I do? I've tried contacting paypal but they've been absolutely no help
