Vendor does not have a confirmed email
This is the message I'm getting. I am a developer trying to test my payments to make sure they are working properly. I have also attempted on other devices. The email address is not confirmed my sandbox account never sends the email. There were a few help topics on this matter but the solution provided is not valid.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
