I have PayPal and want to use a pay button on my web page. But VAT is different depending on where the customer lives. I am from Sweden, a part of Europe. And there are different rule if buyer are a) in Sweden, b) in EU outside Sweden, or c) outside EU.
So how to handla that. Is there any inbuilt system in PayPal or?????
