Using Paypal Standard with Ultimate Membership Pro on Wordpress

Hello, 

I am using Paypal Payments Standard on Indeed Ultimate Membership Pro on Wordpress 6.2.2.

The plugin had been sending payments to Paypal fine, up until a few weeks ago. Now, users get directed to this error (screenshot attached), link here: "https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=f582666d96eb4&code=GENERIC_ERROR&mf..."

I have made sure that encryption is turned off, and gone through any other possible settings on the PayPal side. I've also ensured my merchant ID and email address are correct. Any ideas?

Please cross check your PayPal Business account and make sure it is verified and confirmed without any account limitations.

I would suggest to please cross check you payment request values using the below guide link and pass valid request to PayPal system.

Third party platforms Wordpress develops their own plugins/modules. 

Please contact the support of your third party platform(Wordpress) who can able to help you regarding plugins/modules setup.

Important : PayPal Website Payments Standard (WPS) is a legacy integration. 

We recommend merchants to integrate our latest PayPal Checkout (Smart button) product soon.

Please follow the below steps via your PayPal account. 

Login PayPal.com >> click on "settings icon" >> go to "Account settings" >> Website payments >> PayPal buttons >> select button type >> fill all the required details.

Login PayPal.com >> go to direct link "https://www.paypal.com/buttons/" >> follow the above steps
