Unable to take Debit or Credit Card Payments on Mobile Devices

I have just recently upgraded my Website to one on a WooCommerce Platform & have a Paypal Merchant Account for my Ecommerce.
When people checkout via Paypal from a "Desktop" they get the option to pay via Paypal or via a Debit/Credit Card. Great that's what I want as not everyone has a Paypal account.
However when somebody checks out on my website on a mobile device (phone) they only get the option to Login to their Paypal account or to create a Paypal Account. They are not given the option to pay by just Debit/Credit Card like they do using a desktop?
Can anybody tell me why this is? Have we set our Ecommerce part up incorrectly?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also experiencing the same thing. I'm thinking to swap to Stripe as a result. Any ideas PayPal?

Please see the attached for when I visited https://www.syduk.org/giving/ from my mobile device. It does properly render the guest checkout option. Under your circumstance, it may be best to file a ticket at https://www.paypal-support.com to determine the reason guest checkout is not rendering when you perform a test. Our Engineers would like to see a screenshot, the full URL of the page that does not render guest checkout and the time/date of the attempt. From there, they can locate a debug ID to determine the specific reason it is not rendering in your use case.
Good news is, it is not occurring for all users who visit your site via mobile 🙂
