Unable to link a merchant (Nabooki) to my Paypal account

Hi, I go through the process and get to Certify and Submit and it immediately comes back with "We are sorry, but something seems to have gone wrong".

 

Nabooki can't help as the issue is at Paypal and I am unable to get anybody at Paypal.

ALL my details for the Certify and Submit procedure are correct.

  • Try clearing your cache on your browser.
  • Try connecting your PayPal using a different browser or device if possible.
  • Double check the information you're entering on PayPal is accurate.
