Hello , i have set up a business account with Paypal , i have integrated it with woocommerce on my website, but when i try to pay a live payment , i get error "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method.", is there a solution to this, Is it because the business store is in Zambia? maybe paypal has not covered that much in terms of processing payments around this region.?
