So I have an Indian business account and am able to receive Indian payments via my site easily with no problem. But when I try to use an international card or try to checkout from the US, it shows an error code 13113. The card works just fine on other sites like Etsy. The problem is on my site and PayPal says everything is Okay. Can anybody help me out?
(The card I am using to checkout is a US credit card and have tried from 2 other cards as well)
