I used the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin (version 2.0.5) in wordpress to pay and receive payments. Two customers received such an error when they placed an order. Most other customers paid normally. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the plugin. , or my merchant paypal is subject to certain restrictions, the error message I received from paypal is:
“Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-TRANSACTION_REFUSED PayPalGateway.php:525 [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation. https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-TRANSACTION_REFUSED OrderEndpoint.php:327 Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”
