I need to make a crowdfunding between all my colleagues (for tea or coffee furnitures for example), BUT I need to make money transfer from a web interface in a little intranet we have.
It's recurrent and I want to automatise the crowdfunding each week (the money goal is managed by my web app directly, with Paypal notifications requests for each payment, no need to use Paypal's crowdfunding features).
My target account is a colleague's personnal account. I don't need to make a bill. It's just for grouped buy.
So I have used the famous webscr interface. Easy.
It's working perfectly... BUT
Paypal takes the transaction fee. But my target account is not business one.
In few words, I just want to interface "send money to friend", account to account (only case we don't have fees) but ... in a little website between all my friend group.
By webscr or API, no matter.
No problem if I can't accept card or needs client to connect to its Paypal account... I just need to automatise that and have a transfert confirmation to my website.
