Ticket Tailor Integration isn't Working / Payments Cannot be Made

My account is linked up to Ticket Tailor and Paypal is the only payment method that I can use. I have tried to make a test purchase as though I were a guest I.e. the payment would therefore be received by my business account, not made from it. Each time the ticket link takes me to Paypal to pay, I complete the details and click pay and am then shown a message saying 'something isn't working'.

 

How can I resolve this ASAP? we need to send invitations out with the payment link this week.
