When using PayPal to pay for items on Ebay....I do not experience any problems. BUT...on other sites, about 1/2 the time I get an error message
"Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." and can not complete the payment.
I have checked all of my information and settings associated with my PayPal account and all looks good. So I assume the trouble is on the sellers end?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
