Basically, we are running our business with magento 2, which supports Paypal express checkout.

So far, there is one customer reported he has this issue 'Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.'

And I have debugged with the customer and our log shows the response from Paypal is 'Success'

And I also follow the link 'https://www.paypal.com/au/selfhelp/article/my-payments-standard-integration-isn't-processing-transac...' and check every elements. But, all look good.

In addition, I placed an order with same order item and same shipping address and pay it with my paypal account. Everything is all right.

Could you advice what I should do for next step?

I had an order in my cache and it seemed to proceed without problem but when I cleared the order and re-sent it I too get the same problem. 1 in 20 orders seem to work though! Still waiting on Paypal to get back to me. Did you get sorted?
