Hi, I look after a website for our local Ukulele group where we sell our t-shirts - we're now seeing the paypal error message! Our order page is at http://thenugs.co.uk/the-nugs-t-shirt/

Assistance would be really appreciated 🙂

Gary

Hi @GaryFoster, I checked the link where the html button is: http://thenugs.co.uk/the-nugs-t-shirt/

I could not reproduce the error and can't see the variables passed as you are using a hosted button, which code is on PayPal server and not visible to others than your profile. This error is usyally returned when for example the shipping address is not passed correctly or some of the shipping variables are missing or empty value. But to be sure we will need to check the hosted button variables, eventually I would suggest to open a ticket to MTS: MTS then at the bottom click on "Contact Support"

Do you have specific example ??   Just checked your link, made a selection and it appeared to work fine.   Note, I did not test every option so we would need to recreate the exact problem.

I am having this same problem with my site, happierpets.com.au none of my customers are able to make any purchases.  Everything works fine up until the payment is supposed to be processed, and then they get this message.
