Customers are receiving the error: Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.
- I have confirmed my PayPal email address and PayPal Identity Token are entered correctly within Downloads Settings Payment Gateways PayPal Standard
- I also have confirmed Encrypted Website Payments is set to OFF. This setting was adjusted from within my PayPal account by navigating to Profile Selling Preferences Website Payment Preferences and selecting OFF under Encrypted Website Payments

I would suggest reading our article My Payments Standard integration isn't processing transactions. If you find that you're integration doesn't need any of the key identified updates, you can submit a ticket to our Technical Support team for assistance in trying to identify why customers are not able to checkout.
