The Quantity Option for Buy Now Button

The Quantity option has disappeared from a Buy Now PayPal Button I created today - any ideas why?

I can't see any parameter to tick to add the Quantity selection back in.

The PayPal Button creation screen seems to have changed significantly recently - could this be the reason?
