I am trying half day today to refund money to the custumer and Paypal sistem says that is techical reason. Ebay servise ask to contact the Paypal service as they can't process the refund is well. Could you please help me to resolve this issure. Custumer is already unhappy as we can't sent him a item to Channel Islands during the Coronavirus delivery problems.
