Subscribe setup issues

Hello,

I have set up a business account in sandbox and configure a subscribe button there. I have pasted the HTML code into my website. When I click on 'Subscribe' button, following screen is displayed:

If I choose 'subscribe' using Credit/Debit card, getting following message:

If I go with 'Login with PayPal account', getting message as below:

I am using my sandbox account here. I am not sure what is left. Kindly suggest me to resolve this problem.
