I have created subscribe buttons with additional text fields, but the text data is not passed to the notification email, or indeed anywhere that I can see. What is supposed to happen, and why is this not included on the emails?
are you using the new subscription plan method or the subscribe buttons? i have it working with a drop down and text field on the subscribe buttons but ot does not send the info th the emails only when you dive deep into the subscription details.
i can not figure out how to add user fields into the new subscription plans method.
Hi - it is the subscription buttons I am using, and yes I later discovered that the info is passed into the transaction details but cannot be passed to the emails, alas. I have not explored the subscription plan I'm afraid, so cannot help with that. Thanks for your response.
