Split payment to multiple merchants?

How could I split a transaction to multiple sellers when checking out?

There has been an online store that basically integrates paypal for you, and all you do is fill out your paypal email, in return they create the entire store front etc. But when you go to checkout and get redirected to paypal they will take a 10% cut of the total payment, which gets split immediatly in checkout (customer also gets notified of this)

I have been trying to find any information about this in the docs but so far I have been unlucky. I would like to use a similair system myself but preferably split it 50/50 (if thats even possible).
I also wonder how this works regarding disputes, if the customer opens a dispute, is there a main merchant that will have to deal with that?
