Hi! 

Since few days im trying to send money to my friend, but everytime i try to send it i get error that says 

 

"Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.

 

Contact us"

 

Any solutions?

 

Added bank account and credit card, still the same, removed everything and its still the same.

Did you CONFIRM your bank account or card with the 4 digit code sent to your statement/s when you added them to your Paypal account first before paying??

Yeah i did. 

It was like year ago. Everytime i add card to paypal it doesnt say confirm card so its confirmed.

I add it when i need to use paypal, in case it gets hacked and someone uses my money from card. When im done i remove it, then repeat when needed.
