I have Paypal Plus Germany custom integration on my website.
A customer have tried to purchase with a credit card without Paypal account and got a message "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method".
Where can I see why the transaction was refused by Paypal? How can I find the reason and fix this for all future customers?
