Shopify paypal express checkout with debit or credit card time out error

Hello,

on our website when i try to check out via paypal express > credit or debit card (without paypal ac.) and process payment it decline and says time out

and show other way to pay is login paypal or create paypal accoun

please solve my issue as paypal is my main payment provider

Hi, tested the website but can't see PayPal in the calls, can you pass any token or correlationID of t hose failed payments?
