Shopify payment settings error: This page isn’t working

Hi,

I deactivated PayPal from my Shopify store and then tried to reactiavate it (It was set up with a different email than what I watnted),

now when I click "Activate PayPal express checkout" a new tab is opened and I get the error: 

This page isn’t working

paypal.com redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I cleared the cookies, restarted the browser and still a day after I can not reactivate it.
