Shopify integration doesn't work for me.

Hello, 

I am a shopify seller. I want my customers can pay with Paypal.

There is a button on shopify:

When I click "Activate Paypal Express Checkout" it redirects me to dashboard of the Paypal itself.

I've contacted the Shopify support, they told me there is a problem about paypal but not them. 

I think when I click the button it should redirect me somewhere else, but it redirects me to the main page of paypal where we see our balance and stuff.

My account type is bussiness.
