Shopify Order is creating Billing Agreements

We have received emails stating that a customer has canceled their billing agreement with us. It is really odd as we don't have billing agreements or recurring payments for our products on Shopify. 

 

We are not sure why this is happening. 

Does anyone have any idea what is happening and how to change it?
